This position will work for SCB International Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Charah Solutions, Inc.
This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the slag and bauxite grinding facility. This will include heavy equipment usage, production line operation, and quality control procedures and finish product truck loadout. The selected employee must be able to work in a team environment with solid problem-solving skills. Employees will be required to diagnose problems and determine solutions that are within their skills.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

*Operate Loader and Forklift.
*Perform QC testing on samples.
*Understand and operate truck loading systems.
*Set-up and adjust equipment.
*Monitor equipment and systems to ensure quality, efficiency and safety.
*Perform basic maintenance of equipment.
*Learn, follow, and promote all safety regulations of Charah and its customers.
*Communicate clearly, listen and understand information to ensure full comprehension of job duties, safety regulations, and other situations that may require an immediate response.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 3 years experience working in a manufacturing/production or construction environment.
Previous work-related skill, knowledge, and/or experience are required.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
