Apply online Deputy Director Contract Analysis Your tasks and responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role, Deputy Director Contract Analysis, are to: + Act as the lead to support the compilation of customer contractual offerings in response to requests for bids across all market access channels; + Take analysis ownership of and act as the internal point of contact for key market access channel; + Delegate workflow to Associate Director, Contract Analysis team to meet all timelines for channel; + Work with Acct Managers, Contract Directors and other key stakeholders to complete analysis and business rationale; + Effectively navigate and collaborate within Bayer s internal contract development, approval and execution processes; + Maintain a consistent process, template approach and cadence of meetings for review across contract preparation; + Source data and information in a consistent fashion and from reliable sources; + Assist and partner with Contracting Director in the creation and evaluation of discounting strategies in support of Business Units and market access customers; + Use data and financial analysis to evaluate historical contract performance and projected future performance based on variables and key assumptions; + Compile and synthesize information from Account Management, Channel Strategy and other internal and external sources to support key assumptions; + Assist in pulling together Contract Strategy presentations, workshops and meetings; + Recommend any necessary changes to ensure contracts meet the changing environment and comply with legal/government regulations; + Advise internal Bayer team of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and conditions; + Provide recommendations to enhance processes, systems, and reporting to better Bayer s business approach.
